A six-city New England road rally presented by the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association, a membership organization dedicated to educating the public about sustainable energy. Commonwealth Promotion managed all event logistics and promotion, festivals in each city, which featured exhibits, live entertainment, education tours, and vehicle display to educate the public about global warming and climate change. The event was sponsored by the Honda Insight.

HMS Pinafore at the USS Constitution

A first time collaboration between Boston Academy of Music, the National Park Service, and the US Navy to produce Gilbert and Sullivans opera HMS Pinafore on the USS Constitution in the Charlestown Navy Yard. Commonwealth Promotion, Inc. managed sponsorship development for the event.

Moses A Gospel Concert

Original Gospel Opera created by local composer Walther Robinson, "Moses" tells the story of the Hebrew Exodus from Israel through original works that draw upon gospel, jazz/blues, and hip-hop genres. The concert featured over 200 performers, including narrators who set the stage for each song, gospel choirs, jazz vocalists, dancers, rappers, and 100-voice childrens choir. Commonwealth Promotion oversaw sponsorship development and media relations.

Event management for a community outreach and fundraising event for Lawrence General Hospital. Services included arranging media partnership with the Lawrence Eagle Tribune, coordination of local skating talent, advertising and promotion, and all on-site production.

Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for Aged Annual Meeting

Event management and logistics for annual meetings held at the development site of their Orchard Cove Continuing Care Retirement Community. Services included developing a project plan for clearing the site, all logistical and technical support for the outdoor event including rear-screen video projection presentation, transportation, and on-site management of all vendors. In addition, Commonwealth Promotion, Inc. also managed the logistics, and promotions for the HRCAs 90th Anniversary Gala at One Financial Center, Boston.

Media relations and event management for the opening of a $4 million health-care facility built for the treatment and research of HIV-related illnesses. Ribbon-cutting ceremonies included speakers Cleve Jones, founder of the AIDS Memorial Quilt; Mayor Ray Flynn; and Congressman Joe Kennedy.

New England Earth Day

Corporate sponsorship development and media strategy implementation for a 20th Anniversary Earth Day celebration on the Esplanade in Boston. In addition, Commonwealth Promotion, Inc. handled talent coordination, event production support, and supervision for all VIP arrangements for an outdoor concert on the Esplanade, which drew an audience of 200,000 people.
